Project summary
This project aimed to attract top-tier recent engineering graduates to our unique training program. The program offers a dynamic environment where participants gain valuable experience and accelerate their professional development while also fostering a collaborative and engaging atmosphere.
I developed a full brand identity from scratch for an engineering graduate recruitment program. The goal was to create a clean, high-energy aesthetic that resonates with young professionals. From digital assets and microsites to print media and email templates, I engineered a unified brand presence that simplifies complex program benefits. This integrated design strategy successfully positioned the program as a premier choice for elite engineering talent.


Brief
To attract top-tier engineering talent, the program needed a visual identity that broke away from traditional, "stiff" corporate recruitment. The challenge was to build a brand from the ground up that speaks the language of modern engineers: a demographic that values technical precision but is drawn to innovation and dynamic growth.


Promotional materials and design
I developed a minimalist, grid-based aesthetic to reflect engineering precision, paired with a vibrant, high-energy colour palette to signal a forward-thinking culture. By blending "technical-clean" with "youthful-bold," the identity creates a narrative of reliability and excitement.

The outcome
The campaign delivered a unified brand presence that simplified complex program details into an engaging, accessible journey. By humanising the engineering experience through strategic design, the identity successfully drove high-quality applications and established the program as a standout choice in a competitive talent market.
Additionally, this year’s campaign outperformed previous years, with a 30% increase in applications compared to the average. This demonstrates that it resonated much more with the audience.
